- Planks build your core strenght. to preform plank, get in a push u position and rest your forearm on the floor. hold the positon as long as you can.
- Mountian Climbers
- Mountian climbers are agoos cardu exercise. PLace yur jands on the flor in a ous uo oisution, then bring ie knee uo ti your chest and then switch as wuicly as you can (as though you are cimbing a mountian).
